If an item does not suit you, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund (in accordance with current law).

How to do it?

• Download and print the PDF withdrawal form :

• Complete it, sign it and attach it to your return package along with the delivery slip or invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: This right of withdrawal can only be accepted for complete products, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) with the withdrawal form. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.

No returns for cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.

Upon receipt of your return, we undertake to exchange or refund the products within 10 days (excluding the delivery time for your return).
In the case of an exchange, we will ship your new product within the day, if it is in stock.

We will send you an email to inform you that your refund has been processed, by the following means:

• By crediting your bank card if you paid for your order by credit card.
• By check if you paid for your order by check or bank transfer.
• By crediting your Paypal account if you paid for your order via Paypal.
