Ref: 0009930-28: "Om" Seal

This is a refined Italian seal that consists of a waxed turned wooden handle and a bronze disc engraved with the "Om" symbol.

For a practicing Hindu, "OM" is found in virtually every aspect of daily life. The symbol is present everywhere, in temples, places of worship, and even homes. In some castes, babies are given the symbol at birth; it is traced on their tongue with honey to pronounce the blessing and accompaniment of the trinity upon the newborn.

Length of the bronze piece screwed to the end of the handle, on which the pellet fits: 1.7 cm.
Diameter of the bronze pellet: 22.5 mm.
Diameter of the screw thread of the pellet: 4 mm.
