How to prepare new feathers before first use:

- Never flame new feathers. - Place them for 10 minutes in a bowl of boiling water with a drop of dish soap and a spoonful of coarse salt. - Stir everything well - Rinse with clean water - Dry the feathers very carefully with a hairdryer - Do not let them dry only in the air.
