Ref: 150: "Copperplate" nib
This bronze nib from the "Mitchell" brand has an offset nib which makes it particularly suitable for English writing and arabesques.
We strongly recommend purchasing a "Mitchell" nib holder (Reference 162-2), which is the only one these nibs fit perfectly on.
Indeed, the barrel of Copperplate nibs is less convex than that of many other nibs, which makes fitting them onto most nib holders quite tricky, if not impossible...

How to prepare new feathers before first use:
- born Never burn the new feathers.
- place them for 10 minutes in a bowl of boiling water with a drop of dishwashing liquid and a spoonful of coarse salt.
- stir everything well
- rinse with clean water
- dry the feathers very carefully with a hair dryer
- do not let them dry only in the air.
