Close to A3 format, this high-quality handcrafted parchment will allow you to create very fine illuminations.
It is made in France in an artisanal parchment factory using traditional methods: slow waxing with lime, manual fleshing, double drying on a frame, without heating.


Technical specifications

These skins come exclusively from French slaughterhouses (white-haired breeds for light-colored parchments and dark-haired breeds for antique parchments).
These parchments are not tanned; they are perfectly degreased, guaranteed without volatile organic compounds (formaldehydes, formalin, solvents, chlorine, heavy metals).
The parchments may have some small irregularities, which are easily concealed.

Ecological commitments

The leathers used come exclusively from approved slaughterhouses. These leathers are by-products of the agri-food industry; no animals were slaughtered for the hide's commercial value.

Parchment is made using pure lime and requires no other chemicals. It is therefore guaranteed to be free of volatile organic compounds (formaldehydes, formalin, solvents, chlorine, heavy metals, hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohols, aldehydes, and alkanes).
