A young, creative and ambitious man, Georges Lalo did not intend to remain a simple employee of a printing and stamping workshop.
His dream: to come to Paris and start his own business.
This was achieved in July 1919 when he began renting premises on Rue Richer: G.Lalo, a manufacturer of luxury letter paper and envelopes, was born. His company, G.Lalo, has always aimed to become the benchmark in correspondence. Even today, G.Lalo has managed to maintain its handmade items in its Paris workshops to continue offering customers high quality and true expertise.
