Ref: 1566-7: Herbin Ink 1670, "Ocean Blue"
A little history...
The Herbin Company was founded in 1670 in Paris, near the towers of Notre-Dame. Ink production began during the First French Empire. Napoleon Bonaparte used these inks, and later his son, the King of Rome.
During the 19th century, Herbin participated in major international exhibitions, including the London Exhibition in 1823, where the company received a medal for the exceptional quality of its inks and waxes. Herbin inks are still recognized worldwide today.
The Ocean Blue ink, with its deep, strong color, is majestic, due to its golden glitter that sparkles brightly.
It is a tribute to the color of the sea dear to the navigator Herbin, who was a tireless traveler.

The ink is suitable for all uses: dip pen, fountain pen, quill pen, reed pen, brush, etc.
