How long will it take to receive my order at home or at work?

For all deliveries in mainland France, allow an average of 2 to 3 working days from the validation of the order, depending on availability*.

* More than 98% of our packages are delivered within 48 hours.

How are delivery costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the products. They are calculated as accurately as possible and are equivalent to our service provider's prices. They will be displayed to you when you add items to your cart.

Hiéroglyphes does not charge you any packaging costs (cardboard, tape, packing particles, etc.) or package preparation.

How can I track the progress of my order?

 As soon as your order is validated, you will be informed by several emails of the progress of its processing.

 Can I track my package once it has been shipped?

Yes, of course! In the email you'll receive indicating that your order is being shipped, you'll also find a link to track your package.

I lost my invoice, what should I do ?
